My Yoga Journey

It started with me, always being interested in health and wellness.

I have a biotechnology degree and I worked for pharmaceutical companies for many years. But deep down I believed there would be a better way to heal. I turned my interest to energy and natural healing. I’ve learned from a number of world class healing masters, and this opened a new world for me.

After observing my daily routine, I realised that I am what I eat, and this inspired me to take a diploma in Nutrition. I wanted to know more about health varying food.

My first yoga class simply started from the point where I wanted to meet people after work. As well as meeting people, I discovered myself. Yoga gave me the inner peace that I’d been searching for. I realised through yoga, that the love I was seeking from others, comes from within myself.

Since then I’ve never looked back and have deepened my spiritual connection. I travelled to India and completed a 500 hours yoga teacher training. During my journey, I discovered that yoga is both the body, and the mind.

Yoga is a beautiful discipline and practice that will awaken your understanding of yourself at both the physical level, and the spiritual level. It will strength your body and bring peace to your mind.
