TERMS OF SERVICE

1. General

The following conditions apply to all orders made by the customer of Yoga Living House (org.no. 8202161769), on the Yoga Living House website, or by telephone.

By using yogalivinghouse.com and / or placing an order, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this document. Make sure you have read and understood the terms and conditions before placing your order.

Orders can only be made by people over the age of 18 who are not under guardianship or acting as companies and who have a delivery address in Sweden. Orders with gift cards can be made by people from 16 years.

The provision of products or services at yogalivinghouse.com at any given time does not or does not guarantee that these products or services are always available. We reserve the right to stop selling a product at any time.

We reserve the right to change these terms as required, without prior notice to you. The version of the terms that apply to your order is the version available on yogalivinghouse.com at the time you place your order.

Yoga Living House wants to provide the best possible online experience. To enable this, we must ensure that our services run like clockwork. You understand and agree not to (i) publish, transmit, redistribute, upload or promote any communication or content that could harm or adversely affect our company, business, products or services; (ii) act in a way or use a device that restricts, obstructs, interferes with, or completely stops any other user from using or enjoying the site yogalivinghouse.com, or that affects the security of the site or (iii) using any device or attempting to use any search engine, software, tool, agent, script or other device or mechanism (including, without limitation, spiders, cure programs, crawlers, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the Site or copy content from the Site. In the case of users who violate this clause or any other clause in these terms, we reserve the right to immediately deny them access to the site and close their accounts.

2. Prices and fees

The prices stated on yogalivinghouse.com are in SEK and include statutory value added tax, and excluding shipping costs. We reserve the right for price changes caused by supplier price changes, error prints in the price list as well as errors in prices due to incorrect information and we reserve the right to adjust the price.

The shipping cost for each order is the same regardless of the size or weight of your order. The cost of the different modes of delivery is clearly stated in the cash steps. Our standard shipping cost in Sweden is SEK 49.00. If we cannot deliver your order in its entirety, but must divide it into multiple deliveries, you will not be charged any additional fees for subsequent deliveries.

Customers ordering from countries outside Sweden pay a higher shipping cost and may be required to pay customs duties.

Ev. Customs duties are not included in the price and are not reported until you confirm your purchase.

Ev. Customs duties must be paid by the customer to the customs in the country to which we deliver.

3. Ordering / drawing up an agreement

You can place your orders through yogalivinghouse.com or by phone. Please visit our contact page for more information.

Once you place your order, we will email you an order confirmation, provided you have provided us with your email address. If something is wrong with the order confirmation, please contact us immediately by email to yogalivinghouse@gmail.com

If for any reason we are unable to send your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. If we have already received payment for such an order, we will refund the current amount using the same payment method you used when you placed your order, to the extent possible. If for any reason the refund has to be made in a different way, a Yoga Living House staff member will contact you to ensure that the refund can be made.

4. Delivery

Yoga Living House takes great care in receiving and handling orders and strives to deliver your order in accordance with the delivery option you have chosen, to a residential address or delivery point in Sweden.

Yoga Living House strives to send orders as soon as possible and in the order they come to us. Our goal is to deliver within 2-4 working days after we receive and confirm your order, unless otherwise agreed. Orders placed on weekends will be sent no earlier than the Monday after. Although we strive to deliver within announced timeframes, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. If the delivery time against the presumption should exceed 30 days, you have the right to cancel your purchase.

Before you place your order, you will receive information about the expected delivery date. Once you have placed your order, we will also send you an email with information about the expected delivery date, provided you have provided us with your email address.

For packages that are not redeemed within 14 days, Yoga Living House reserves the right to charge the customer for our shipping fee, return shipping and handling fee to us from SEK220. Please note that unresolved packages do not count as returns.

If you do not receive your order by the expected delivery date - please contact Yoga Living Home.

5. Right of withdrawal

You can cancel or return your order from the day you place your order up to 30 days after receiving your ordered goods. If you have been charged for the goods, you will receive a refund which includes Yoga Living House's standard shipping cost and excludes the return cost of SEK 36.90, if such return cost is actualized. If you choose to keep certain goods and only partially return your order, the shipping cost will not be refunded.

If you wish to cancel your purchase or return your order, please notify us in writing, preferably by using the pre-printed return form included in your package. Contact customer service. Alternatively, you can fill in and submit the Consumer Agency's standard form. Regardless of which of the above methods you use, the written notice must be provided to us within the 30-day period specified in section 5.1 above. You then have another 14 days to return the goods in accordance with section 6 (Returns) below. We will make a refund, using the same payment method that you used at the time of order (or, if payment has not yet been paid for the goods in question, ensure that the return is reflected in the balance in your account), as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after that we have received your notice of cancellation of the purchase provided that we have received the goods or proof that you have returned the goods.

If you have received an incorrect item, immediately notify Yoga Living House and return the item in accordance with Section 6 (Returns) below. For products that we deem to be in error, Yoga Living House makes a full refund. The provisions herein do not limit any applicable statutory rights.

6. Returns

Yoga Living House guarantees a full refund of returned goods in accordance with Section 5 (Right of Return), provided that all goods are returned in the same condition as they were at the time of delivery to you. This means that the goods must not have been damaged, soiled, washed, changed or worn (other than to try the product) and that the labels and labels are intact.

All our shipments contain a pre-printed return form that you can use if you wish to return one or more goods. You will find more detailed information about our return process on the delivery note. Note that the processing of the transaction can take up to 14 days.

You will receive your receipt in the delivery confirmation which will be sent via e-mail. You are required to enter a correct email address and to inform Yoga Living House if your email address changes.

Please note that Yoga Living House reserves the right to send a payment request to your email address.

8. Our Responsibility

Our maximum liability to you for any losses or damages arising from your order at yogalivinghouse.com is limited to the total amount of your order.

We take no responsibility for any indirect damage that may result from the product.

We accept no responsibility for delays / errors due to Force Majeure. These circumstances can be, for example, labor conflict, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or non-delivery from the supplier.

If you have problems with a product that you purchased from Yoga Living House online and have not been able to resolve the dispute with Yoga Living House, you as a customer can contact the General Complaints Board, see arn.se. In the event of a dispute, we follow decisions from ARN or the corresponding dispute resolution body.

Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.

9. Colors and dimensions

We strive to show the properties of our products as accurately as possible, including composition and colors. However, the color you see on yogalivinghouse.com is dependent on your monitor, photo quality and resolution, and we cannot guarantee that your computer can visually reproduce colors correctly.

The colors of our fabrics can vary. The colors of batik and hand-painted textiles listed on yogalivinghouse.com are only approximate values ​​that give you a better idea of ​​the model or pattern of the specific textile and no definitive guarantee of the true colors of the textile you receive.

10. Warranty

If the goods you have purchased are defective, Yoga Living House applies the applicable consumer laws. If you are not satisfied with your goods due to obvious material or manufacturing defects, including damage that has occurred during transport - please inform us as soon as possible by using the pre-printed return form and return the item to us.

11. Transfer

Yoga Living House reserves the right to transfer or pledge payment claims to third parties, including installments incurred in connection with the delivery of the goods.

12. Validity of clauses

If one or more provisions of this agreement are invalid or are rendered ineffective by any court or regulatory authority, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining contractual provisions.

13. Rights holders

All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights, at yogalivinghouse.com, are the property of Yoga Living House and its licensors. Any use of yogalivinghouse.com or its contents, including copying or storing such content in whole or in part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the consent of Yoga Living House.
